Low back pain is one of the most Googled subjects.  It affects men and women, young and old. Sometimes it seems to appear for no reason. Other times a sudden stabbing pain lets you know that you moved incorrectly, or over did it.

Pain medication is always toxic to the liver. Environmental and food-borne toxins, alcohol or other drugs constantly assault our poor livers. So, adding in more medication is potentially hazardous. Acetaminophen (Tylenol) is very dangerous to over-do, causing liver damage or even liver failure.
